More About NYSICA:
Message From NYSICA's President Daniel Worrell
On behalf the NYSICA Board, I would like to welcome you to our website. As I embark on this journey, I do it with a great deal of enthusiasm. First, I feel joy and pride in taking over the leadership of NYSICA. Secondly, I recognize the challenges in continuing the legacy of my predecessors who have made great strides in New York State’s internal controls. They have led NYSICA superbly over the past several years with a strong history of raising the bar for the organization. It is because of this, I know I have much to celebrate and to be thankful. It also raises the stake for me in continuing to maintain our relevancy and represent the interest of internal controls practitioners in New York State government.
Our primary goal is to assist our member agencies and their internal control officers by providing educational and networking opportunities through a variety of purposeful and creative programs and events throughout the year. We will hold true to these objectives because we believe that the success of NYSICA has much to do with meeting these needs. We hope that you take some time to peruse the site and discover the power of this premier association.
Thank you for your continued support and belief in NYSICA. With your support, we will make 2016-2017 fiscal years and beyond the best years ever for NYSICA which means delivering the best value ever for you.
Daniel E. Worrell
